The reproduction of full-colour artwork through the combination of four process colours- magenta, cyan, yellow and black - in specified intensities.
Four-Colour Separation
A breakdown of full-colour copy into individual colour plates so that when printed in register, they produce a full-colour illustration.
PMS Colour?
PMS stands for Pantone Matching system. A PMS colour is a print colour with a code used by printers to represent ink colours.

What is an EPS file type?
Encapsulated Post Script is an electronic file containing an image (logo) and is the specified format required for artwork.
It allows for scaling and modification without any loss of image resolution. An additional JPEG file is also recommended if possible.
Reverse Artwork
When printing on a background that is similar to part of the branding, the artwork i.e. white on white, the text can be revered to print black on white.

To set-up our printing machines and to personalise the
Promotional Products you choose with your logo and message, the cost is dependant on the number of colours used to decorate and/or the size of the logo. This cost is used to set-up decoration machines and may include in some cases an artwork conversion fee.
For laser engraving and embroidery, the charge is normally based on the size of the artwork or logo.
Artwork Requirements
We require vector artwork in most cases for the printing and engraving of
Promotional Products, either an .eps or .ai file or we can re-illustrate your logo for a small fee if you don't have this available. For embroidery a jpg or similar file is all that's required.
Delivery Charges
All promotional product orders are delivered Australia wide by Hunter Express and Worldwide by Shenker Logistics. The final delivery cost of your order will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. You'll get a quote for the cost of freight when you place your order. If you prefer we can book freight with your own courier company account but this must be specified before the commencement of the job.
