The event organic cotton tote bag has been specifically designed for event attendees in mind. A handy phone and business card pocket separates personal belongings from the main compartment, ensuring event material and personal belongings stay organised and easy to access. GOTS certified 220gsm organic cotton offers a luxury feel and uses 90% less water than conventional cotton tote bags. With an oversized main compartment (380mm x 420mm) there is plenty of room to carry multiple catalogues and product samples. We designed the event tote with extra-thick 4cm wide reinforced 80cm long handles to help spread the load of heavy contents without cutting into shoulders, which makes our organic event tote bag the perfect choice when looking for a premium quality and sustainability. Embossing & Foil Stamping

What is an EPS file type?

Encapsulated Post Script is an electronic file containing an image (logo) and is the specified format required for artwork. It allows for scaling and modification without any loss of image resolution.

Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. It is important that the logo or artwork you provide us is of high quality – as this is the foundation to achieve the best results.

Branding Set-Up Fees

To set-up our printing machines and to personalise the Promotional Products you choose with your logo and message, the cost is dependant on the number of colours used to decorate and/or the size of the logo. This cost is used to set-up printing machines and may include in some cases, an artwork conversion fee. For laser engraving and embroidery, the charge is normally based on the size of the artwork or logo.

Artwork Requirements

We require vector artwork in most cases for the printing and engraving of Promotional Products, either an .eps or .ai file or we can re-illustrate your logo for a small fee if you don’t have this available. See our branding section for more information above.

Delivery Charges

All promotional product orders are delivered Australia wide by Direct Couriers and Worldwide by Shenker Logistics. The final delivery cost of your order will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. You’ll get a quote for the cost of freight when you place your order. If you prefer we can book freight with your own courier company account but this must be specified before the commencement of the job.
