Item Description:

CamelBak is recognised as a global leader for designing and manufacturing innovative hydration solutions that last a lifetime. This classic double wall, vacuum insulated stainless steel mug has a capacity of 350ml and keeps drinks cold for six hours or hot for up to four hours. It has a tough powder coated finish and a comfortable easy-grip handle. Horizon has a smart push on lid with a secure silicone seal and a spill-resistant Tri-mode sliding closure that controls the beverage flow when open. A non-slip silicone base provides a soft landing on surfaces to avoid scratches and spills. The CamelBak logo is printed on the mug and debossed on the lid. Horizon is BPA-free and laser engraves to a shiny steel finish. It is presented with a leaflet that contains care information and the Got Your Bak lifetime guarantee details. This product is not dishwasher safe and handwashing is recommended.

Four Colour Process

The reproduction of full-colour artwork through the combination of four process colours- magenta, cyan, yellow and black – in specified intensities.

PMS Colour?

PMS stands for Pantone Matching system. A PMS colour is a print colour with a code used by printers to represent ink colours.

What is an EPS file type?

Encapsulated Post Script is an electronic file containing an image (logo) and is the specified format required for artwork. It allows for scaling and modification without any loss of image resolution.

Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. It is important that the logo or artwork you provide us is of high quality – as this is the foundation to achieve the best results.

Reverse Colour Artwork

When printing on material that is similar in colour to the branding (i.e. white on white) the text can be revered to print black on white.

Branding Set-Up Fees

To set-up our printing machines and to personalise the Promotional Products you choose with your logo and message, the cost is dependant on the number of colours used to decorate and/or the size of the logo. This cost is used to set-up printing machines and may include in some cases, an artwork conversion fee. For laser engraving and embroidery, the charge is normally based on the size of the artwork or logo.

Artwork Requirements

We require vector artwork in most cases for the printing and engraving of Promotional Products, either an .eps or .ai file or we can re-illustrate your logo for a small fee if you don’t have this available. See our branding section for more information above.

Delivery Charges

All promotional product orders are delivered Australia wide by Direct Couriers and Worldwide by Shenker Logistics. The final delivery cost of your order will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. You’ll get a quote for the cost of freight when you place your order. If you prefer we can book freight with your own courier company account but this must be specified before the commencement of the job.
