Item Description:

Our 100% rPET lanyards are fully sublimated on both sides and come standard with a breakaway clip. It takes 3 plastic bottles to produce enough rPET to make one lanyard, meaning that every order of 100+ prevents 300 plastic bottles from entering landfill or our oceans and thats something we are excited about. These lanyards are made from mechanically recycled PET plastic meaning that they can be recycled again by throwing them in the recycling bin after use (just make sure you cut the metal clasp off beforehand). Recycled plastic products reduce CO2 emissions by 70% and uses 90% less water than regular polyester. With millions of lanyards used and thrown away every year, we are on a mission to create a shift in one time use products and lanyards are a great way to help your customers reduce the environmental impact every time they order rPET lanyards. Pad Printing

This is probably the most common and economical form of branding for promotional products, especially on items such as promotional pens, and other items made of plastic, wood or metal.

Laser Engraving

This method of decoration is clear, sharp, effective and most importantly, long lasting. Laser engraving provides a sophisticated tonal effect to enhance your product. This is especially popular on promotional metal USB’s, corporate gifts or our latest hot items that are made of metal (eg metal drink bottles)

Embossing & Foil Stamping

Embossing and foil stamping imprints your logo into the surface of leather, PVC and cardboard. Check out our promotional stationary range here. Blind embossing does not use any colour. It leaves an impression of your logo on the product for a subtle effect. Colour can be added with use of a foil stamp. Gold and silver foiling gives the product branded a luxurious appearance. Embroidery Apparel

Digital Transfer Printing

Digital transfer printing is very quick and is suitable for smaller quantities. Four Colour Process

The reproduction of full-colour artwork through the combination of four process colours- magenta, cyan, yellow and black – in specified intensities.

PMS Colour?

PMS stands for Pantone Matching system. A PMS colour is a print colour with a code used by printers to represent ink colours.

What is an EPS file type?

Encapsulated Post Script is an electronic file containing an image (logo) and is the specified format required for artwork. It allows for scaling and modification without any loss of image resolution.

Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. It is important that the logo or artwork you provide us is of high quality – as this is the foundation to achieve the best results.

Reverse Colour Artwork

When printing on material that is similar in colour to the branding (i.e. white on white) the text can be revered to print black on white.

Branding Set-Up Fees

To set-up our printing machines and to personalise the Promotional Products you choose with your logo and message, the cost is dependant on the number of colours used to decorate and/or the size of the logo. This cost is used to set-up printing machines and may include in some cases, an artwork conversion fee. For laser engraving and embroidery, the charge is normally based on the size of the artwork or logo.

Artwork Requirements

We require vector artwork in most cases for the printing and engraving of Promotional Products, either an .eps or .ai file or we can re-illustrate your logo for a small fee if you don’t have this available. See our branding section for more information above.

Delivery Charges

All promotional product orders are delivered Australia wide by Direct Couriers and Worldwide by Shenker Logistics. The final delivery cost of your order will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. You’ll get a quote for the cost of freight when you place your order. If you prefer we can book freight with your own courier company account but this must be specified before the commencement of the job.
